Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Send us clear photos of the damaged or wrong item.
- Once verified, we will provide a return shipping label and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Returns
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help—but returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
- You must notify us of your intent to return the item within 48 hours of receiving it.
- The returned item must reach us within 20 days of the original delivery date.
- Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping methods to ensure the item arrives safely. If the return item does not meet our conditions, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
