Shipping
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping to most countries! However, due to specific international restrictions, we currently do not ship to certain countries. A complete list of restricted destinations can be found from shipping.
Note: Shipping to the United States is temporarily paused due to changes in tariff regulations. We’re working to resume service soon.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to process and ship your order promptly. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary by country and range between $0–$14 USD.

Do I need to pay international taxes and duties?
Yes, all international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. Please note that shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.
Here’s how it works by region:
- EU, UK, Australia, Malaysia, Mexico, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates: Duties and taxes are already included in your total at checkout. You won’t be able to complete your purchase without paying them upfront, as required by local regulations.
- Canada: Duties are included in your order total. You can choose to pay taxes during checkout or upon delivery to customs. However, only taxes paid at checkout are guaranteed. If you opt to pay later, you may incur extra charges, which we’re not responsible for.
- All other countires: You have the option to pay duties and taxes at checkout or to your local customs when the order arrives. Please note that if you choose to pay later, we cannot guarantee the final amount or be held responsible for any additional fees that may apply.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my crystal jewelry?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your crystal jewelry order, you may request a return—provided the following return conditions are met:
- Return Eligibility: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.
- Return Notification: You must email us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a return.
- Return Deadline: The item must be returned and delivered to us within 20 days of the original delivery date
- Custom Orders:Customized or made-to-order crystal pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Restocking Fee: Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.

What if I receive damaged/defective/wrong items?
If you receive an item that is damaged/defective/wrong, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to report any issues. We'll work with you to make things right.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, your refund (minus the 20% restocking fee) will be processed within 10 business days.
Please note: Taxes, duties, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

While we handpick each crystal for quality, natural crystals often display unique features like ice cracks, mineral inclusions, or internal lines. These are considered natural “birthmarks” of genuine crystals and are part of their charm.
Are your crystals ethically sourced?
We aim to work with trusted, responsible suppliers who prioritize ethical mining practices. While we cannot certify every point in the global supply chain, we do our best to support fair and honest crystal sourcing.

Can I request a custom bracelet size?
At this time, we only offer custom sizing for multi-gemstone bracelets. If your wrist size isn’t listed, just contact us with your order number and wrist measurement.
